Normada is leading a movement towards sustainable furniture manufacturing with 3D printing in focus, by offering Open-Source designs and the ability to 3D print pieces locally, with an accessible global market, contributing to a circular economy.

Normada is creating a digital ecosystem where beautiful Scandinavian design furniture can be locally produced all over the world, making our furniture accessible for everyone, for all time, all with a sustainable circularity in mind. To do this right we have to be innovative as demand grows, ensuring that ideas can move seamlessly between analogue and digital worlds.

What we are looking for
For this position, we are looking for an experienced, result-oriented sales manager being able to build an outstanding customer interface and customer experience, with a can-do attitude and pick up technologies fast, as you will play a Key-role leading this company forward
- Participate in design on a strategic level; collections, which designer to work with etc.
• Suggest improvements– sales process, marketing processes
• Being able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to quickly to changes - Be a team player and able to work independently
- A passion for the environment and circularity
Skills & Requirements
- A few year experience from sales within the furniture/interior decoration market, OR something transferrable
- Fluent Swedish and English
Nice to have skills;
- Previous international working experience
- CAD, if you have experience from any CAD program then you may have the opportunity to draw up landscapes for the customer. If not, then we will get someone to do this.
- General marketing experience
- Sales experience of high-end furniture
Market rate base salary and ownership in company/stock options as well as sales bonuses are on offer here for the right candidate. Flexible working hours and short Fridays leaving 14.00
