CoFounder/CTO to Simplify Plast
Step into a co-founder role where you’ll shape the technology, product, and future growth of a fast-moving sustainability startup revolutionizing recycled construction materials.
About Simplify Plast AB
Simplify Plast AB is a recycling and manufacturing startup transforming low-value plastic waste into high-performance construction boards. Using proprietary recycling technology, we convert LDPE, HDPE, PP, and UHMWPE into durable materials used for countertops, panels, flooring, decking, and more. Our products support LEED and BREEAM certifications and meet the construction industry's growing need for sustainable, certified materials.
We are supported by Arctic Business, Almi, Region Västerbotten Innovation, and Skellefteå Kommun. We have secured innovation funding, customer letters of intent, and are now preparing for pilot production.
Simplify Plast AB is building a unique solution that transforms plastic waste into durable, construction-grade materials using our own proprietary recycling and board-manufacturing technology. With strong market demand for sustainable building products and support from regional innovation partners and early investors, we’ve already validated our patentability, completed key technical studies, joined Arctic Business Incubator, secured licensing and grant funding, engaged investors, gathered letters of intent from buyers, and defined clear market needs. As a co-founder/CTO, you’ll gain equity in a fast-growing startup, work with cutting-edge recycling technology, benefit from a flexible and entrepreneurial culture, access strong industry networks, and contribute to a high-impact mission that directly reduces plastic waste.
